Job Summary

National Retail Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of transportation and logistics services. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver - Local Route to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver goods to dedicated accounts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Operate company-owned tractor-trailer trucks and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Class A CDL license
  • Safe driving record and ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening
  • Good stable work record and current DOT physical
  • 1 year of Class-A driving experience or equivalent military experience
  • Ability to work independently and make independent judgments
Physical Demands
  • Extended periods of sitting and manual dexterity
  • Heavy lifting and occasional exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Ability to climb in and out of the truck cab and trailer
