About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical components and systems used in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with electrical suppliers to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of supplier quality management systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with design engineers to ensure that electrical components meet our quality and performance requirements.
  • Lead the evaluation and approval of new suppliers and parts through Advanced Quality Planning (AQP).
  • Drive programs to reduce total cost while maintaining quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Zero (0) years of applicable experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ABET-accredited engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
