Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician to join our team at our Indianapolis Bakery plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the selection, installation, programming, documentation, and knowledge of all plant instrumentation and automatic devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • PLC troubleshooting and maintenance across the manufacturing floor
  • Document and track production variables, downtime, and product samples
  • Ensure proper blending of raw materials by weight or automatic metering systems
  • Follow and document time and temperature points in recipe specifications
  • Support the Performance System and ensure contractors provide fully documented PLC programs and training
Work Environment

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Months. You will work on the 2nd or 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, with 8hr shifts and OT. The work environment is Food Manufacturing - GMP.
