Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team at CHNK Behavioral Health. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric pharmalogical services to clients in need of pharmaceutical intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnose psychiatric disorders
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management and counseling
  • Provide ongoing care and support to clients, including patient education and guidance
  • Collaborate with treatment teams and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as an APRN in the State of Kentucky
  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably with children and adults
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Sanctuary Model of trauma-informed care and the S.E.L.F. framework
