Job Summary

As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to adults, working collaboratively with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
  • Provide medication management and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review evaluations
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with payors, referring parties, and other stakeholders
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and community members on behavioral health issues
Requirements
  • Board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrist with a specialization in adult psychiatry
  • Minnesota medical license and registration with Medicare
  • 2+ years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital or clinic
  • Leadership and/or supervisory experience in a behavioral health organization preferred
