Plumbing Maintenance Technician

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance work, including installations, repairs, and upgrades of plumbing systems.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations. You will work independently to diagnose and resolve issues with plumbing systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as drain cleaning and valve repair;
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, including sinks, showers, and toilets;
- Assemble and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system issues;
- Document all work completed in compliance with CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing maintenance;
- Valid driver's license;
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check;
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces;
