Position: Maintenance Technician

- Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm - 6:30am, must work weekends)

- Compensation: $34-$37/hour
We are collaborating with a reputable food processing organization seeking a Maintenance Technician for their 3rd shift operations. This role offers a competitive salary range of $34-$37/hour along with comprehensive benefits, including 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental coverage, Paid Time Off, and Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both proactive and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Engage with PLCs, instruments, microprocessors, and electrical components.
- Address complex electrical issues, electronics, and pneumatic controls.
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance (PPM).
- Execute PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out installations and troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Undertake project work as required by the organization.
- Service and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food production or processing.
- Expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical functions of machinery.
- Familiarity with machine configuration, rebuilding, disassembly, and preventative maintenance.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) electrical troubleshooting.
This position is accessible from various locations. Note: All applicants must reside in the USA and possess eligibility to work and live in the USA. Sponsorship or Visa support is not available for this role.
