At Trimac Transportation, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facilities and equipment, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment is in good working order.
  • Supervise and train maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to meet the specialized needs of our equipment and hauling requirements.
  • Monitor and control shop inventory, performing inventory audits as required.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner through regular interaction and observation of work.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and experience in bulk and/or hazardous commodities is desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in a variety of systems and software.
