As a Director, Client Services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by providing leadership and direction to our service delivery teams. You will work closely with other directors to drive consistency and excellence across service centers and develop strategic plans to meet business goals.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead service delivery teams to achieve high-quality service standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-10 years senior leadership experience in customer service, preferably in a payroll service bureau environment.
  • Proven leadership competencies in running service centers, call centers, or similar client experience operations.
  • Experience driving cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Broad knowledge of payroll, HRIS, and time and attendance systems.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills to balance growth, retention, and profitability goals.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $200,000 per year.
