Position Summary

Now Hiring Security Personnel for a Healthcare Facility

  • Compensation: $15.46 per hour

As a Security Personnel, your role will involve protecting and serving clients across various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas. Note that work environments may differ based on client requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as part of the employment process.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for driving-related positions.
