Job Overview

At Samuel Son & Co., we're seeking a skilled Metal Press Operator to join our team in Hermitage. As a key member of our Stamping facility, you'll be responsible for operating the line in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality outputs while meeting customer specifications.

About the Role

We estimate an annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this position, depending on experience. As a Metal Press Operator, you'll play a critical role in our production process, working closely with our team to achieve excellence in quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Set up machines according to specifications and requirements.
  • Direct the helper to monitor the process, tag and band finished coils, and offload finished coils.
  • Prepare entries to SLs and other records of production activity as needed.
  • Perform all other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
