Job ResponsibilitiesThis industrial maintenance technician role requires a skilled individual who can utilize their knowledge of PLCs, electric motor controls, refrigerants, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure up-time on equipment and maintain a high level of productivity within the manufacturing facility. The technician will work closely with the maintenance engineer to develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A rotating schedule, including day and night shifts, will be required to meet the needs of the facility.
