Banner Health is currently looking for a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. This position is essential in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in Tucson, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nurse, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide direct patient care and supervise the activities of other healthcare team members.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
