We are seeking a skilled Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team in Canton, GA. As a Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule to meet patients' needs while traveling within the area (up to 200 miles). This is a full-time permanent position.
Job SummaryAs a Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse, you will meet the needs of patients with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices through comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education. Patient visits may be outside the home in hospitals, clinics, or other settings, making this a non-remote role.
What We OfferPentec Health provides a comprehensive compensation and full benefits package. The estimated full-time base annual salary is $80,000 - $85,000. Actual salary will be based on several factors, such as qualifications and skills for the role, plus geographic location.

The successful candidate will:
- Review and adapt nursing care to facilitate mutually agreed-upon goals, guided by the nursing process and nurse practice standards through a shared governance model.
- Be provided with the ANCC accredited Nurse Fellowship Program upon hire.
- Tailor education to meet each patient's/caregiver's healthcare literacy, educating patients and caregivers on a healthy lifestyle and promoting informed decisions.
- Promote integrative care techniques to assist patients with symptom management and improve quality of life.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and within the required timeframe, communicating with members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Be responsible for all elements of the nursing process, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation for each patient.
- Collaborate with the prescribing physician, patient, and their caregivers as needed.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with state HIPAA and TJC requirements.
- Actively participate in Shared Governance and integrate evidence-based research into their practice accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years of RN experience and 24/7 accountability as needed.
- Demonstrated skill and ability required for completion of Intrathecal Nurse Fellowship Orientation program.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a resourceful, proactive problem-solver.
- Exhibits accurate critical thinking and ability to quickly assess and react to changes in patient conditions, understanding the criteria for standard versus urgent response.
- Ability to work in a remote home office and maintain productive, therapeutic boundaries.
- Demonstrates teamwork through the ability to work well and communicate effectively with members of the healthcare team.
- Must be CPR certified or have the ability to be certified.
The following qualifications are preferred:
- ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience.
- Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles.
- BSN.
The successful candidate will require:
- Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Adobe PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of smart phones.
The physical demands of this role include:
- Frequent travel via car, train, or plane, standing, sitting, walking, seeing, hearing, using hands and fingers regularly, handling or feeling objects, tools, or controls, and reaching with hands and arms.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 5 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform CPR continuously in an emergency situation according to American Heart/American Red Cross standards.
