Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Willow Ridge Center in Maynardville, TN. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients and residents, ensuring their quality of life is enhanced through assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients/residents and staff

Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
