Job Summary:

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality facials, microdermabrasion, hair removal, and other skin care services to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of skincare products and services, making recommendations to clients as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to spa standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Esthetician in the state of operation.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and services, including Dermalogica.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
