Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs
- Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
- Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
- Set up medical equipment and monitor its use
- Go over care options with residents and family members
- Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
- Train nursing staff and supervise them
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
