Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our patients in the community setting. As a Physical Therapist with Mission Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care.
  • Directs physical therapy treatment and initiates physical therapy programs.
  • Instructs other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy.
  • Participates in case conferences to discuss patient progress and goals.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or master's program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
  • Community/home health experience is preferred.
  • Travel - This is a traveling position.
