About the Role

Muller is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Crew Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of laborers and overseeing the execution of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and complete work such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching, and crack sealing.
  • Crew Supervision: Transport crew to job sites and back to the yard, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork, including daily job tickets and time sheets.
  • Physical Labor: Perform tasks such as trenching, excavating, loading, and unloading construction materials.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with client representatives, superintendents, and project managers.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and experience driving a truck with trailer.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50lbs and be physically fit to perform manual labor in various environments and conditions.
  • Experience: 3 years' construction or landscaping experience, with experience working with Bobcats and/or mini excavators.
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation to the yard located in Manassas, VA.
