The IT Security Officer will be responsible for further developing our information security regulations, strategy, and risk management. This will involve designing, implementing, and operating our IT security management system and associated processes.

• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
• Design and implement awareness and training programs for employees
• Coordinate and execute incident response in case of security incidents
• Evaluate and implement new IT security tools and technologies
• Lead and participate in IT projects and initiatives
• Consult and coordinate with departments and partners to ensure effective IT security
• Participate in internal and external committees to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
• Plan and conduct security audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Master's or diploma degree in a relevant field
