NHC HomeCare Lewisburg, a leader in senior care, seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality patient care, promoting optimal health and well-being for our clients.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive wages, insurance, 401K match, dental, vision, and a fun, fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state where the HomeCare agency is located or a compact state, if applicable. A minimum one (1) year experience as a RN/professional nurse is also required. Experience in home care is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to identify and achieve patient goals: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure personal care, medical care, and rehabilitation provide optimal patient health and well-being.
  • Teach patient/caregiver in various aspects of healthcare and disease management appropriate to needs/level of education and understanding.
