Position Overview:

The Physical Therapist will report to the Rehabilitative Services department, playing a vital role in executing therapy programs and supporting the overall functionality of the department. This position is dedicated to ensuring courteous, precise, and timely service to our clients.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $33.00 - $38.00

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
  • Must possess a current license as a physical therapist in accordance with state regulations.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support from a recognized organization is required or must be obtained within three months of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist will:

  • Deliver effective and high-quality physical therapy treatments to all assigned patients.
  • Communicate patient needs, progress, and concerns through thorough documentation and verbal interactions with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure quality patient care.
  • Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes in compliance with departmental policies.
  • Oversee Physical Therapy Aides in assisting with patient activities.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating activities within the Physical Therapy Department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
