About the Role:

The Weekend RN will be responsible for:

  • Performing skilled nursing visits and coordinating client care
  • Serving as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care
  • Overseeing the frequency of visits for each episode
  • Consulting with physicians and office staff to ensure accurate patient care
  • Collecting accurate OASIS data and maintaining current medication profiles
  • Reporting lab values to physicians in a timely manner
  • Attending weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
  • Hold a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
