Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and patients to provide a positive experience
  • Assist pharmacists with patient care, including medication management and clinical services
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including inventory management and ordering
  • Process prescriptions, handle cash transactions, and perform other clerical duties as needed
  • Lead and support pharmacy team members in achieving departmental goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • PTCB or ExCPT certification
  • 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior work experience with Walgreens
  • Basic math skills and PC skills
  • Knowledge of store inventory control
