Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook foods according to recipe standards, utilizing basic culinary techniques, and ensuring strict safety standards are followed.
  • Determine food quantities and requirements needed, and plan maximum utilization of ingredients, food, and leftovers.
  • Plan, pull, and prep ingredients as needed, adhering to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements to meet regulatory and company standards.
  • May order and stock inventory for the department, resolving routine questions, issues, and problems, and referring more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
