Glory Days Grill Line Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Glory Days Grill. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking of food to order
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen
  • Use of kitchen equipment and tools
  • Quality control of ingredients and finished dishes
  • Teamwork and communication with other kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
