Nursing Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the provision of care, ensuring high-quality services for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will:
- Provide oversight for the provision of care.
- Serve as a resource to the direct care staff.
- Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
- Provide support to the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
- Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with:
- Active state licensure in good standing.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred.
