- Development and implementation of tax strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Collaboration with other finance professionals to manage tax planning, forecasting, and compliance.
- Guidance and support to junior staff members.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
