Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at AdventHealth Georgia. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, optimizing patient outcomes, and promoting cost-effective drug therapy.

• Prevent, identify, and resolve medication use issues to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
• Perform all functions of a registered pharmacist, including accurate and timely dispensing, clinical interactions with patients and healthcare teams, and technician supervision
• Supervise and ensure appropriate utilization of medication automation, technology, and computer systems
• Accurately manage medication inventories and prepare and dispense patient-specific medication doses
• Provide patient-centered care services, including accurate, safe, and timely medication therapy, and promote cost-effective drug therapy

• Bachelor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy, or other advanced pharmacy degree
• GA Licensed Pharmacist
