Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team at Hamill Concrete. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of poured wall foundations for residential homes throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form, pour, and strip footings and walls
  • Bend rebar for walls
  • Assist with layout and set panels quickly and correctly
  • Install ledge and block downs and string and straighten forms
  • Teach and lead new employees and strip walls quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physically able to lift and move 60 lbs to 115 lbs wall panels throughout the work day/week
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen
