Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Evening General Cleaner to join our team at Trident Technical College, SC. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in our buildings and areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform deep cleaning and general janitorial duties, including cleaning offices, classrooms, restrooms, elevators, water fountains, and labs
  • Ensure all areas are clean and organized, including caf's and their furnishings
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas, including restrooms, elevators, water fountains, and labs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in custodial, housekeeping, or pest control work directly related to the area of employment
  • 10th grade education and 3 years of related work experience may be substituted for the high school diploma and 2 years of experience
  • Valid SC driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in janitorial services or facilities maintenance
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
