Job Title: Pediatric Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving practice in Franklin, OH.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to children in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients, including routine cleanings, exams, fillings, and other procedures.
  • Educate patients and parents on preventative dental care and oral hygiene.
  • Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to deliver compassionate and effective care.
  • Engage with the community through partnerships with local schools, universities, and organizations to promote preventative education and care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulations and practice policies.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Pediatric dentistry experience or specialty training preferred.
  • Current state licensure to practice dentistry in Southwest Ohio.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Earn up to $300,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
  • Work-life balance: Enjoy flexible scheduling options, such as Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 10 pm or Saturday and Sunday only as potential options.
