Job Summary

At Cambridge Health, we are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist residents with feeding, including cutting food and spoon-feeding if needed
Help residents with their daily activities, such as sitting, standing, and walking
Transport residents to and from meals and activities
Report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Completion of CNA training from an accredited school
Valid CNA certificate number
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
Ability to use a computer or tablet to enter resident data

Working Conditions

May encounter frequent interruptions
May be involved with residents, family, and government agencies
May be requested to work beyond scheduled working hours at times
Is subject to call-back during emergency conditions
May be exposed to odors, dust, disinfectants, tobacco smoking, or air contaminants
May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc.
