The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all client underground, buried, and aerial plant facilities meet current standards through inspections and corrections work performed by contractors. The OSP Inspector II will document all inspections, audits, and pole transfers electronically and communicate effectively via email and cellular phone. Familiarity with mapping/GPS technology is essential. Key qualifications include OSHA30 Construction, previous experience performing NESC inspections or working on an aerial cable line crew, and proficiency in OSP Construction Standards. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the National Electric Safety Code and possess excellent communication and time management skills. A valid driver's license and ability to travel on short notice are also required.
