We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Jodi Gilray Pediatric Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping children succeed and supporting our team in their professional journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose feeding, sensory, fine motor, executive function, and behavior disorders using standardized tests and observational methods.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address specific needs, providing therapy to improve sensory, behavior, executive function, and feeding skills.
  • Track and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessment and patient feedback.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
  • Educate and counsel families and caregivers on occupational therapy disorders and strategies to support therapy at home.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
  • Engage in continuing education to stay updated with advancements in the field and participate in professional organizations and conferences.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Arizona state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
