Job Summary

We are seeking an associate attorney with one to five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, construction, and litigation, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and prosecution of real estate and construction cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes and achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the firm's practice areas
Requirements
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • One to five years of experience preferred
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Washington
  • Idaho State Bar admission a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical, research, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to client service and relationship building
  • Aptitude and desire for trial work
  • Attention to detail
  • Case leadership capabilities
  • Understanding of business enterprises and knowledge of doing business in Washington
  • Demonstrated success working on a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a potential Signing Bonus for qualified attorneys hired during the first quarter of 2024 and participation in a production bonus program. Our attorneys are also provided with tools to work remotely when needed, based on firm and client needs.
