In the role of Raceway Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in the daily operations, ensuring our guests enjoy a thrilling and secure karting experience.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors at K1 Speed
• Conduct races with precision, adhering to schedules and safety protocols
• Ensure the track is maintained in pristine condition at all times
• Physical lifting may be required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Enthusiastically educate guests on safety regulations prior to track entry
• Assist guests in fitting safety gear
• Manage races safely to enhance the enjoyment for participants
• Efficiently handle the loading, unloading, and charging of karts

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Provide verification of identity and work eligibility in the United States
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Availability on weekends is required
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Effective communication skills, especially in front of large groups
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures is mandatory
• Willingness and capability to operate karts on a daily basis
