Executive Chef

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Mallard Ridge Assisted Living is a community of Navion Senior Living, providing top-notch care and services to our residents. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the preparation, oversight, and serving of meals.

• Food Preparation: Prepare palatable foods that are appetizing in appearance, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other culinary staff to ensure smooth meal service and high resident satisfaction.

• Certifications: Possess a current ServSafe certificate or be willing to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts training or experience preferred.
• Experience: One year of experience in food preparation, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Licensure/Certification: Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
