Job Title: Formulation Chemist

We are seeking a meticulous Laboratory Technician Assistant to support our research and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, quality control testing, and analyses to support the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests following standard procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain records of all batches sold
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as mixers, viscosity testers, and spectrophotometers
  • Record and analyze data accurately
  • Assist in the development of new testing methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • New Product Formulation experience with UV/LED coatings - flexo/waterbased coatings (or inks)
  • X-Rite Color Matching and Excel (ideally 2+ years)
  • Industry experience within coatings/inks
