About the Role

This permanent position offers an estimated annual salary of $115,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will spend approximately 60-70% of your time reviewing electrical drawings, with the remaining time dedicated to managing BOMs (Bill of Materials) and sourcing replacement parts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all hardware-related initiatives, including:

  • Reviewing and approving electrical drawings
  • Conducting electrical analysis
  • Specifying new devices
  • Maintaining the bill of materials for Autonomous Solutions products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience reviewing and approving electrical drawings and leading technical projects
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing tools and software packages to conduct various tests on assemblies
  • AutoCAD Electrical experience

Preferred Skills

Leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication skills are highly desirable.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Evansville, IN or Indianapolis, IN, requiring daily presence with some flexibility.
