We are seeking a skilled Pilot to deliver medical air transport services to our clients. This position requires the pilot to be qualified to operate our EC135 aircraft. Scheduled shifts consist of seven (7) days on followed by seven (7) days off, with 12-hour shifts available for both day and night operations. Safety is a fundamental aspect of our services, and all pilots are part of a dedicated, professional team committed to maintaining high safety standards for both crew and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure safe transport of patients to various locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight operations as outlined in relevant manuals, adhering to all regulatory and company standards, including aircraft cleanliness.
- Maintain precise company and regulatory documentation, including shift records and load manifests.
- Communicate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide transition information to the incoming pilot and team, following protocols for recording company change board details.
- Pilots are responsible for maintaining required certifications and participating in ongoing training for both ground and air operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and professionalism while upholding our high standards in safety and service.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 hours of helicopter flight experience
- 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) helicopter experience
- 1,000 hours of turbine flight time
- Minimum of 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided)
- Minimum of 100 hours of cumulative instrument flight time (for IFR roles)
Other Requirements:
- Duty weight must not exceed 230 lbs, including flight suit and boots
- Previous experience with Airbus EC135/H135 or similar aircraft is preferred but not mandatory.
