About the Role- Perform high-quality rug cleaning services consistently and at an acceptable pace.
- Reliably report to work as scheduled and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Develop expertise in cleaning a wide range of area rugs using our proprietary hot carbonating extraction cleaning process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and make professional recommendations to satisfy customer concerns.
- Work independently and maintain a high standard of cleaning quality.
- Assist in upgrading sales to current customers and follow route assignment.
- Perform duties safely, effectively, and with great care for customer belongings and property.
- Be able to lift 75 lbs using proper lifting technique.
- Pass a background check and drug screen test.
- Have a safe driving record and reliable transportation.
