Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team at McCLARIN Composites. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, including 5-Axis CNC routers, Thermoformers, and Manufacturing Robots.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring daily production quotas are met, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with the scheduler and supervisor to ensure smooth operations and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC production equipment with a focus on safe operation
- Perform minor adjustments to tooling and repairs of mechanical systems with basic hand tools
- Load and remove product to/from production workspaces
- Assist with or set up and tear down machine tooling per job specifications
- Inspect product between operations, completing any associated forms/checklists
- Deburrs and prepares product for next operation or workstation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, wearing all PPE in accordance with policies and procedure
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience with forklift operation preferred or the ability to learn
- Minimum 1 year experience operating CNC or other manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and understand standard work instructions
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English
