Work Environment:
Employees will be required to wear cleanroom attire and may work in proximity to loud machinery. Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds, while maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with fractions and percentages.
- Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments, troubleshoot equipment, and clear jams.
- Must pass the GMP test and obtain necessary area certifications.
Additional Expectations:
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Adherence to cGMP guidelines, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Completion of monthly compliance training is mandatory.
- Availability for mandatory overtime as required by business needs.
- Flexibility to be reassigned to different departments based on operational requirements.
- Compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements specific to the department.
- Proactive communication regarding any challenges or concerns with the agency representative.
Attendance Policy:
Employees are expected to adhere to the company's attendance policy and call-out procedures.
