Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing the needs of our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting positive outcomes and quality of life.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Current PA license, in the process of obtaining or willing to obtain the state's specific license.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
- 2 current Clinical References.
