Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Angels and Rascals Roundup Daycare.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring the children in our care receive a high-quality educational experience.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, cognitive, and emotional growth in children.
• Liaise with parents through regular progress updates and parent-teacher conferences.
• Supervise teacher assistants and volunteers to ensure they are following planned activities and adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and files, including attendance, progress, and staff performance.

• Minimum of 6 months of professional childcare experience.
• 90 days of on-site teacher training.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Understanding of child development principles.

• A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
