Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a representative of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a crucial role in creating a positive impression.

Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Manage guest accounts, including settling bills and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and amenities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be able to work accurately and efficiently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

A background in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not required. We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
