Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Greater Texas Healthcare Enterprises. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthetic care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations of patients to determine the best course of anesthetic care.
- Develop and implement individualized anesthetic plans, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up care.
- Administer anesthesia, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase anesthesia, to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience working in a physician office.
- Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Valid Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Licensed in applicable state within 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), PALS, and NRP certifications.
