Job Overview:

We are seeking self-motivated and growth-driven individuals to join our team as Solar / Roofing Sales Representatives. As a Solar / Roofing Sales Consultant, you will educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, conduct thorough assessments, generate leads, and close sales while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled appointments with potential customers to educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best solar options for customers' homes.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and canvassing.
  • CLOSE SALES AND MEET OR EXCEED MONTHLY SALES TARGETS.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar industry (though not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and driver's license.
