We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Office Pride. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Cleaning: Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes.
  • Supply Replenishment: Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen as well as empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
  • Additional Tasks: Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
